- Due to the nature of consumer packaged goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
- If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out via LetsGrill@TailgateSeasoning.com and we will do what we can to remedy the situation.
We have a "All Sales Final" Policy. Due to the nature of supplies & vendors changing, we do not give refunds or exchanges for any item unless it's a fault by Tailgate Seasoning, LLC.

Damages and issues
Once order is picked up by one of our shipping partners, Tailgate Seasoning, LLC does not assume responsibility for any damage, delays, or lost packages that may occur during shipment. Any claims should be made directly with the shipping company using the provided tracking number.
Tailgate Seasoning, LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, held packages, packages returned to sender, and other shipping-related issues resulting from addresses being input incorrectly by the customer. Thank you for understanding!
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
